Protection tips to those fair skinned like me when it comes to swimming under the sun.
Most of us use only about a quarter of the sunscreen quantity needed to get the full SPF protection advertised on a label. To get the full benefit, you need to slather on a lot of the stuff - about 2 milligrams of product per square centimeter of skin.
That translates roughly into about two finger length squirts of the sunscreen applied to every major body area. (head/neck, face, left and right arm, upper and lower bck, upper and lower front torso, left thigh/knee, right thigh/knee, left and right lower leg/foot)
Feels like swimming? Good, you're now in the right track. Have fun!

Unfortunately I have allergy to any kind of sunscreen/ sublock so I have no choice but to stay out of the sun from 10 AM to 4 in the afternoon when it's hottest.

I really need that. Sometimes, i just don't apply it because it's a hassle. The products are expensive enough and can't afford one. I just wait for my auntie's to give me.
Selfish me.
