Do you Like adding Tags with your Disscussions?

As far as i'm concerned, yes i like to add tags with my disscussions. They help us to zero down upon our interest areas. What you think about adding tags? Do you like adding tags or you simply skip this option? Do you think it's just a wastage of time?

It's funny that you ask that, was just thinking about it with my last response. I can understand and appreciate the reasoning for it, and don't mind tagging my own discussions, but sometimes it does get pretty old and annoying have the screen pop up in the middle of trying to post a response.
A lot of the time, being somewhat (though definitely not completely) obsessive compulsive, I sometimes feel like I have to enter in a few tags. Even if takes half a second to two for me, it does kind of become tedious if you've been logged on for a while. I probably wouldn't mind so much if we had the option on the same page as the response page. One less screen to have to go through, just so we can read and possibly respond to more discussions.

Really, what a coincidence!!! I'm fully agree with you that this option should be there on the same page where we write the discussion because its always difficult in most of the cases to open a new windows just to complete your discussion. Thankx for ur response.

yes, i like to add tags to the discussion which i start because i think it help get more responses, because when people search using mylot search they can those discussions

The first time i join here, i wonder why do i really need to put tags in every discussions i respond and start.But then, i found out that you can also earn on that matter..So i tried to put tags in ever discussions after replying and starting.And it dont bother me at all...

Yes. Very much true. Some times it takes some time but even then there is nothing wrong with adding tags with discussions. AS they help one to search the things quickly.

yes,I add tags to each discussion I started,I think it is good to our topics,because when others find the key word,then he can find our discussions to respond.

If I post a new discussion, I normally do add tag to it. But, if I respond to others, I skip from doing that. You are right when you said that tag helps to zero down to your interests. I don't think it is such a waste of time but sometimes, my internet connection is just slow for me to go from one page to another and that's why I often skip that.

Same the case here with me. Whenever i post my discussion, i always add tag to it but when i respond to others, normally i skip that. It helps me save few seconds those i can use in a new discussion. Thankx for response.
