yes i read everyday the newspaper, since i was in high school i used to read the newspaper. i read a mexican newspaper "REFORMA" (website: www.reforma.com) and "EL UNIVERSAL" (www.eluniversal.com.mx) I think that is important read the newspaper, because the news channel sometimes doesn´t tell the all true.

No I do not read newspaper, because now with so many news channels the news you get in the morning is already old. Besides I don't like to start my day with thoughts of violence and corruption that most media portray.

No, I don't. I use to watch the news on T.V. or search in Internet an specific topic. That is the equivalent of reading newspaper, at least in my case.

I ahve a paper most days and like to get one to keep up with the news,Illike the columns to reading the articles that people write.The letters page and the agony aunts pages.Its funny really cos if I dont get one I miss it and someone will always say Did you see that in the paper yesterday?

I think reading newspaper front page only is not worth,that has gneral news. One can get those news thru news channel.I think its editorial part is written by great intellect and the concern topic is also admirable.we shud mostly concentrate on those parts of newspaper.Going thru newspaper alsp make one profiecient in that language.its a whole package.we must spend some fixed time in newspaper.

Yes, I like reading newspapers. For me it's a good way to be in touch with the times, in the immediate society that one lives in. I prefer the editorials and the columns, and the items inside. The headlines, the front page items, I think, can be easily gotten from other sources, even by word of mouth.

Yes I do read news paper every day. I feel I should not miss any important and popular news and show a blank face before others, when they are talking about it. Usually first page, second page and third page carry main news and then business and sports etc. So Head lines first and then second and third pages are my preference.

A few years ago, having the morning paper at the doorstep and reading headlines alongside the coffee pot, had been one of my most cherished traditions. Alas, among so many things, Internet changed this one, too. Now there are Online papers, RSS feeds, a News sidebar...news, news, news all day long. Instead of my town's local paper and one of the capital papers, now there are hundreds at my fingertips. Good thing? May be, but the day still limits itself to 24 little hours... I practice somewhat your system, reading headlines only and open a few I'm specially interested in. I have just tweo consolations: one, that the display doesn't consume cellulose made out of trees and two, that the coffee in the pot is still realtime. Hope you still enjoy your paper made of (recycled) paper!

I read newspaper daily.I have subscribed to newspaper from past 3 years.Now there are so many 24 hr news channels,e-newspaper,rss etc but i still prefer reading newspaper.Newspaper gives so much comfort than reading any e-newspaper.Newspaper still manage to give some good news which havenot been showed in any newschannels. They give some complimentary magazines 3or4days a week which has got both informative and entertaining articles delivered in a crispier way.

I don't get a newspaper everyday. When I do get one, I go thru page by page and read the articles that spark my interest. I don't read it cover to cover by any means.

yes, i like to read the newspaper everyday. i am with the times of india since the last 1 year. first of all,i go to the last page where there is the sports section. after devouring it completely, i start reversing my movement, halting at important news.i read these in detail. in the end,i come to front page. i read it very meticulously as it concerns the latest issues.
