My mom & mother in law call me coupon queen, lol, & my hubby was calling me a coupon freak until he went grocery shopping with me today. we were only picking up a few things because Im about to have our baby anyday, anyhow, he watched our total go from $67 to $21 because of coupons, so now he is glad that I use them. I love to combine them with sales & get free stuff.

wow, that is great savings! The best deal on cereal that I have gotten lately was at Target yesturday, Berry Pebbles was on clearance for $1.74 & Honey Bunches of Oats Strawberry was on clearance for $2.54, I had 2 Target coupons for $.75 off a box for Post cereal & 1 manufacturer coupon for $1/2 boxes, so I ended up getting them for like $.99 for 1 box & $.79 for the other

I do the same thing. Yesterday the store that I shop at had cereal on sale 3 for $6 and I had 3 coupons for $1.50 off each and I got to use them all. So I got the cereal for 50 cents a box!! Hugs

I sometimes do use coupons. My biggest problem is the fact that I always forget about the coupons until I am at the store and then I remember that I left the coupon folder sitting on the computer desk at home. And now thanks to my 4 year old son I can't even find the coupon organizer, so by the time I find it they will probably be expired.

Last time I found the coupon organizer it was in the dishwasher. It doesn't work, so he has started to hide things in it because he knows we don't use it. So I asked him this morning where he put his power rangers mask (because if he loses it, it will be pure and absolute mayhem) and he said I don't know. I said.... Did you put it in the dishwasher??? He got this gute smile and said OH.... Darnit. And took it out of the dishwasher. I am thinking of hiding things on him in there to curb the problem now.

So I am not the only one that leaves them at home or the grandson ( picture on the left) hides them on me. Hey does your 4 year old son have anything to with a cooking set or one of them refrig's? I found all my coupons in his little shopping cart the other day!! hugs and that was a great comment!!

Ok,I admit to being frugal(some just call me a cheap bas***d).Not only do I use coupons,I wait until the product is at its lowest price and then combine the two.There has been more than a few times where we have received the product free.When it does go on,I will buy many after checking the expiry date(almost everything has an expiry date).Sometimes it seems I have more stock in storage than in the cupboards!

If I remember to take them shopping with me LOL then yes I will use coupons. Especially if it's something I can't really afford but I want. I bet there are alot more people out there that use them but don't admit to it. LOL

i still use coupons sometimes. I got to www.coupons.com and print them out. They usually have a good many coupons that i can use.

I use coupons whenever I can, as long as they are for something I would want to use even without a coupon. Coupons often mean that I can buy a name brand product rather than the generic equivalent, since it makes the prices much closer, if not better! :)

I do agree with you on the generic brands as well as the store brands theey seem to be alot cheaper at times. I used my cereal coupons at the store yesterday and got honey combs for 50 cents a box because they were 3 for $6 and I had 3 coupons for $1.50 and the cashier told me that I could use them all because I was buying 3 boxes. I was so happy. Hugs

Mine is comeing from mailings and from caral wright and I get them in the sunday paper. Protcter and gamble send me them also. hugs
