Help! This recurring dream is driving me crazy!

When I first started MyLot, I posted a few discussions about dreams. Now, this dream won't go away! I had a friend in high school that I had a secret crush on from 7th - 12th grade. I've been out of school for 16 years and have only seen him twice since. One time, the year after we graduated and spoke to him briefly. The other time a few years later, and didn't speak to him (I was a new mom and hadn't lost all the baby weight yet, so I was too embarrassed to talk to him). I keep having these dreams about him. Sometimes he is just there, sometimes we are in high school & dating, and other times I just run in to him somewhere. I don't think about him, (unless he shows up in one of my dreams the night before) and I don't see him (I think he lives in another state now). I'm happily married with two wonderful children. I just don't understand where these dreams are coming from, they are driving me crazy. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone out there understand dreams?

Yes, I do understand dreams so well because I have a Dream interpretation book by my beside that I refer to immediately after being awake from a dream or when I awake in the morning and remember my dream (s) the night before. I have also dreamt and continue to dream albeit of old male friends and ex high school boyfriend every now and then. Just referred to my book your case and I catalogue your dreams as "friends" and the interpretation is as follows: "Dreaming of distant friend (s) is generally a forerunner of unexpected news, good or sad depending on whether or not he (or they) are in trouble in your dream". Since your dream of him is not about trouble, it should be unexpected good news and it is recurring bec Somebody, a spirit or something is trying to tell you that you will have good news in your life. If you have more dreams you can provide me details and I can tell you the interpretation based on my book that is my dream "bible". A lot of times, the book hits its mark.
