What do you do before you fall asleep? Do you still sleep with a night light?

I leave the radio on or the tv on 'til I fall asleep. Thats what I do since I'm still a wittle girl. ,

I will usually just watch some television (the Tonight Show or something like that) until I can feel my eyelids getting heavy. I use the sleep timer on the TV so that it turns off after I've fallen asleep. I actually prefer the complete darkness when I sleep. Any sign of light and I wake up, so it's usually important for me to be in the dark unless I'm napping in the daytime. I don't sleep with a night light anymore, but I used to when I was younger.

it's different every night. there are nights that i just go straight to bed after changing clothes and sleep. there are also night that i open my mails first or chat or surf the net before going to sleep. and there are also times that i can't sleep so i go and get a book and read til my eyes droop from drowsiness... i can sleep either way around( with or without the lights on). but before, it's really hard for me to sleep whenever the lights are out but then, living for a year with my older sister who can't go to sleep with the lights on changes everything. but right now, my little brother is living with me and he cannot sleep without the lights so we have to turn on the lights until morning. heheheh.... they are so opposite and being the middle child, i'll just have to adjust myslef with the two of them.

i just watch tv until i fall asleep! it doesn't take me long!

I like to listen to music before I sleep and sometimes I sleep with music still on in my ear... I always turn off the light when I'm sleeping..

I sleep with the tv on every night. I can't sleep in a quiet room. I have to be really tired to do that.
