which do you prefer in a relationship long engagement or short engagement? I have experience a long enegagement relationship and it was my first time to fall in love. It lasted for 9 yrs and got married. But, it doesn't mean that i know him 100%.We got separated on 2002 because of many reasons.

I think a long engagement is nice. I have been with my husband for 14 years married only for 3 of them, but he is my best friend and we are still learning things about each other. Keeping things new is good it keeps things going. Well it does for us anyway.
