Are You an Early Riser?

As I get older LOL I find it impossible to 'sleep in' - maybe I'm getting afraid that time is running out and that I miss out on things! But seriously, I need between 5 to 7 hours sleep at night, that's more than enough for me. And I like to go to bed early, let's say at 9.00 pm or 10:00 pm, and get up at 3:00 or 4.00. That's the BEST time of the day for me. Everybody else is asleep, no telephone ringing (usually), and I just love watching the dawn out of my window while working on the computer. How about you?

Hey pillusch I am an early riser to. It is nothing for me to be up at 4. My hubby thinks I am nuts but that quiet time and sunrise is so beautiful and I get most of my days work done before he gets up. That time of the morning is so peaceful and calm It is great.

I never sleep for very long...No matter what time I get into the bed I still get up early...I can't understand people sleeping their life away...I love to try to make it up before anyone so I can have my moment of peace and quiet..Those moments before the sun awakes can be so beautiful and inspiration to my writing...I can always write better in when it is dark and quiet...

I am not an early riser by choice. I have 3 kids that I need to have up and ready for school. I wake them up at 6am so they can be ready to leave by 7:30. I know that sounds like a long time but I have alot to do in the morning to get them ready. If I could I would sleep until around 10. I dont even sleep that late when they are on break.

I am a early morning riser and always have been. This did create problems when I had a evening job and got off of work about midnight. I would sleep for a couple of hours and then my eyes would pop open and I was raring to go. I would get up and putter around the house and of course come and get on the computer. I no longer have that job. I have a job where I work from 2:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. But I still am a early riser and love to look outside and watch the world come to life.

Hey now I have found someone more or less like me. I like to go to bed between 9 and 10pm and then I like to be up between 5 and 6 am. People think I am crazy, but I like the quiet time before I go to bed which is about 2 hours after my son has gone to sleep and I like to wake up before him to read and do some "me" stuff before he wakes up and the rest of the family. I love the sunrises and I love walking around the house and the garden at that time of the morning when everything is rested and calm. I can feel God speaking to me in those quiet moments. It is just simply the best.

I am learning to be an early riser. I used to go to bed about 10-12 PM and get up around 8 or 9, but that has changed somewhat. I get up around 6 am now. I am real serious about making money online, so I will sacrifice sleep and whatever else to make money online.

I have always been an early riser. Very seldom do I sleep in. I'm always up between 5 and 6 am.
