My step son is my personal magnet

I have a 3 year step son who is attached to me (literally). I have had pets that would stand at my feet in the kitchen as I cook, a pug that would wait on the window sill like a cat until I return from work or the store. But the one that takes the cake is My beautiful Step son. His father says that it is because he doesn't get love from his real mother and I guess that could be true. I have 2 kids of my own and they never stuck to me as this one does. I mean you would think he came out of me or something. He is my magnet or I guess I am his. What do you think?

That is so sweet.. I think the kid loves having a mom around and he likes you for his mom. At his age, he sure is longing for a mom's love. It's good that you are there for him...This is an innocent child with a pure heart, he adores you and he needs your love and care...Thank God that He gave you each other :).

I think it is sweet that he likes you so much that he wants to stick by you. I'm sure it can't be easy to have him stuck to you all day though. :) Continue to give him love and be the great step mom you sound like you are :) I'm sure eventually he will feel more comfortable leaving your side.

Thanks I will. It's just a little hard cooking with a 3 yr old hanging on. LOL.
