I've heard a peculiar story:)... There was one time, a very rainlessness period, I Denmark, [I think ]... and some lake had evaporated almost completely... So when it started raining, it was raining with fishes... cos' when all that water was evaporating also the fish eggs went with with the water:P... and all the water in the atmosphere caused the eggs to brake, "giving birth" to little fishes:)... so it was raining with fishes:) Do you think that's possible? It seems stupid in some way... but also the explanation seems reasonable. What do you think?

You have to watch those Danes. Especially when they have been drinking , (which is most of the time) I think you've been Taken in by one of their drunken Tales.... Sure and they are a Funny Bunch. A Dane was walking down the road, when he saw his neighbor in a row boat in the middle of a Plowed field. So He called out, "Hey Lon, what u doing out there in the plowed field? " "I'm fishin, wanna come along" Lon replies. The Dane replied, "I'd like to but I can't swim"!

That's an interesting story. I'll have to look into it.

The tornado theory sounds most likely (but rare!). Most fish eggs wouldn't evaporate with water, but I've heard of live frogs being sucked up and then dumped back down this way. It's even more plausible with tiny fish.

I've never heard of that before and certainly never seen it. It sounds like a tall tale to me, but who knows?

That's very interesting but I think that's impossible, I mean fish eggs wont evaporate (or float in the atmostphere) and then be as fish eggs again when they reach the cloud stage.. hahah :) that's a nice imagination. I think the best explanation is the one with the small twister thing by keda69.. hahah.. I haven't experience or seen a live twister yet..
