My life is insane and I don't usually have time for anything but work. Well, the other day, I had some free time and my mother was off to one of her Buddhist meetings and she invited me to tag along. It was a miracle that she did because I got to meet a lot of new and exciting people and I got to learn about the modern Buddhism practices and help to increase a person's quality of life. At first I didn't like the chanting so much and then I read about it a little bit and now I chant every day. I already have an outlook on life to always live life to the fullest and try to remain happy no matter what you're going through, but I really think that this new practice can be helpful and help me find my deepest and best state of living. Everyone should try it. It isn't something that's difficult and it doesn't cost any money and you may, no..you WILL benefit from it. It's an experience that I am glad to be a part of.

Nice to read your post. In Buddhism, we call you are enlightening. I practise Buddism everyday in my life. It's very simple "Don't worry, Be happy. Everything in life is temporary, so why you are worry too much of things" We were born to be happy, but we make our life is unhappy. The only way out is be happy! We live with lies more than with truth, by the time we accept that lies are the truth. And we base on lies to judge everything in our life, from that we limit our creation because everything need to be right and wrong.

Hello Itoebrakeri, nice to hear from you about Buddhism after a long time. You have mentioned about chanting something, but what should be chanted, can you share with me. I am also interested in buddhism philosophy, can you help me on this. As this is related to change of quality of life, I thought to ask you. Please be descriptive on this issue so that I can understand fully and apply thereafter. There are many things in the world which we deny without analysing or knowing fully. I do not do so. Whenever I come to new knowledge, I try to go in deep then only make comment. Awaiting to hear few words from you.
