No permanent coach for Team India... / myLot

Now it is a long time that team India is without a permanent coach. We need someone who'll boost the morale of our team. We need someone who can again take us towards a winning streak. It is really a shame if we are not getting any coach for the team till yet. What do u think who will be the best person to be termed as the captain of the ship.

who will want to coach a team which is run by politics and is far away from professionalism..In which salary is based on seniority and senior players never gets kicked out of the team
