Hi,do you nutritious diet everyday? Do you calculate upon the calories you consume?I have never thought about calories while eating,most times i consume junk.I know its unhealthy but i am unable to control it,do you have any suggestion for me?How do you keep yourself motivated to eat something healthy, please share your thoughts, Thanks.
