For me, the noblest profession are educators or simply, teachers. Without professors, teachers, educators, universities, colleges, ALL professions would be extinct...you know why? Teachers taught them all...I mean all professionals. Think of a profession that is not taught by teachers. Even if sometimes teachers are underpaid and overworked (as in the case of public school teachers), they are to be commended for the sacrifices they have gone through just to ensure a bright future for lawyers, engineers, doctors, nurses, farmers, etc. Oh, I hate lawyers (I know this is plain and simple prejudice) because of a personal experience I have with some of them. They tell LIES, just to win the case...and I really mean it. So what's so noble about that profession?

I agree with you also about teachers as a profession, about your experienced maybe you have just pick the wrong person and one of the victim of prejudice but maybe if you won that case you can't say againts about them.

The case in still ongoing, and the lawyers have been lying to their teeth...the lies were so obvious even the respondent could not believe it. Well, I know that they're doing this for money, believe it or not. I know that there are bad teachers in as much as there are bad lawyers. It just happens that these first two lawyers I have ever encountered are really liars, twisting the facts in their favor to make it appear true. We are praying earnestly that the truth will eventually come out, and that these two lawyers will either be suspended or will have also their day in court.

world's greatest job? i guess of all things, it is that of a home maker's. what do you feel? i feel, they are ones who are at constant endeavor to make the family proper and loving and peaceful. i have seen my mom work 24x7x365, day in and day out without ay acknowledgement of her work. even when she's on bed at night she thinks of working on the shortcomings and planning for the following day!! good home makers are intelligent budgeteer, good caregiver and full of prompt and fast remedies for the mess around. lol..
i believe, it's the toughest yes most satisfying job ever. KUDOS to all good home makers.

Mimpi, I entirely agree with you (200%). NO job is equivalent to home-maker's job 24x7x365.
And you are also right, it is not even acknowledged....(as it should be).

Yah your profession as Lawer is great, more great profession is Judge and you are helping Hon'ble Judges to give perfect judgement. But I am concern for this fact that in some corrupt countries Judgement may give as per desire and pressure of corrupt political and bureaucratic syndicate and some corrupt lawer doing part in this process of course this practice is very meagure.

I don't think I could really pick a 'greatest job' as there are so many different jobs and people for those jobs that are needed: doctors, nurses, cleaning people, pastors, teachers. For me personally I think 'an author' is an important and 'greatest job' for me - sharing my thoughts and knowledge with others whether to educate, encourage, laugh, or just gain more from life.

The greatest job of all is being a mother. Mothers form perfect sons/daughters through it they inspire them to become doctors, lawyers, teachers and more...
It is through them our most sincere and deepest desire to do things are generated. They inspire us all to become what we can and want to become.
It's the greatest, toughest job in the world yet the price is sometimes undervalued.
We all owe our success to our parents and I think it's just too great, isn't it?
They work more than 24 hours for our own good unselfishly and yet...what price do they get?

I think the most noble profession is that of a doctor. A doctor saves life which any other ordinary person cannot do. I am sure many people here agree with this. Health is the most important thing in life, more than wealth.
The doctor helps us to cure all the ailments and makes us back to 100% fitness. Without health, everything is lost...

When I was young...I used to think about this profession. Although, due to some circumstances,.....I could not pursue Law studies.
Being a Lawyer, one can save many innocent persons. Could you become lawyers or not?

Hello,lynboobsy11,I think the greatest job is being a doctor. Doctors can help patients to reduce pain and help them to recover from illness.I especially admire those doctors who work in the charity organization, they go to those third world countries and help those in need, they may not be working there for money, they just want to help as many people as they can.

Choosing the greatest job depends on every person. It depends if one wants to get highly paid for that job or to just render service wholeheartedly without considering the salary one gets from that job. We choose our profession and work depending on some personal reasons. Others just landed on a certain job accidentally meaning it is not really their interest.
Most profession/work/job (doctor, lawyer, policeman, teacher) is great if your purpose is to serve wholeheartedly. I am a chemist and I enjoy my work. But for me the greatest job is MOTHERHOOD because you give life to a child and nurture that child to be the professional he wants to be.
