I need some advice and hoping that some of you might be able to assist me.I used to consider interviewing one of my strengths, but now it seems to be my biggest weakness I seem to have regressed in my interviewing skills and i'm now hesitant to even go on interviews.I've read online resources for interviewing styles and even done mock intervies, but i'm still missing the mark.Do you have any suggestions on improving interviewing skills?

The only real way to improve at interviews is to go to interviews. Every interview is a learning experience. Every interview is another practice towards future interviews. Also, if you don't get a job that you interviewed for, ask them how you did in the interview. Ask them for advice and what you could improve for future interviews. No one else can give you advice other than the ones who have seen you interview.

You may want to set up a video camera and tape yourself during a mock interview. Watch it later to get some ideas. Also, you may want to have a close friend or even someone who's in a supervisory position-or a job counselor watch it and give you some tips. The only way to get better at it is to keep doing it until it feels natural. Remember that saying, "Practice makes perfect." Best of luck to you.
