South Beach Diet........Have you tired it?

Well I just saw a cousin of mine in January and she was weighing 196 punds it is now June and she is down to 160 pounds. Miss Thang my cousin of course started the South Beach Diet and it seems to really work. It has 3 phases The first phase your on a strick diet for 2 weeks. Second phase you being to introuduce yourself back to carbs slowly until you get your ideal weight. Once this has happen you hit the third phase where you know how much to eat and what to eat inorder to keep this as a life time eating habit. It didnt mention exercise and if your begin to gain the weight again you do Phase 1 for a week to lose the weight. By the way in
Phase 1 you begin to lose the weight first in your belly fat. WOW!!! Dont we all need to lose some weight the Diet seems really easy. I am going to start mine as soon I finish ready the book, Also she said the book was on clearance she got it for $7.00.
