life long learning policy - a concept of learning for life?

Life Learning Policy in Britian is about personal fulfilment and enterprise; employability and and adaptability; active citizenship and social inclusion. Life learning encompasses the whole range of learning: formal and informal learning, workplace learning and the skills, knowledge, attitude and behaviours that people acquire in day-to-day experiences. Most of the people would drop the enterprise to ameliorate the area which we are not proficient at. as for you, would you put such an effort to acquire extra knowledge in despite of you do not have to?
