enjoy the summer, enjoy the fruits

Summer comes, many fruits are ripe. Red baybarry tates acid and a little sweet; peach turns rose pink and gives off deligate fragrance; watermeloon becomes big and round... There are so many my favorate fruits! I'm enjoying the life here:) Dear friends, what's the season there, and how about telling me about your favorate things in this season?

I am from India. In India also summer is a season fro many interesting fruits.
The major attraction is Mango, whose season is summer. There are lot of varieties with different tastes. Thsi year till now I have tasted soem 8 varieties and hope to go for a mango festival this weekend.
Another one is the jackfruit. I am not sure whether this fruit is there in other parts of the world also.
Then there is water melon which are so red adn dleshy inside, I just love it.

I can often see Jackfruit in supermarket, but I had thought it as Durian, so I didn't taste them before. Next time I'll try a piece!

mostly fruits to enjoy this summer that we can make into smoothies or fruit shakes like cantalope, mango, watermelon, strawberry then fresh orange juice from oranges and kiwi. we can have fun of fruit pickings as well like for apples, grapes and many more.
