Do u have twins tripplets or more?

I only have one baby,and one on the way but i find twins sooo cute as well as triplets and so on.how many do you have?How do you cope.. with feeding at night,do they sleep in the same room? is it easy to tell them apart when they are born?Do you dress them the same?
