Mylot-myspace
What makes mylot better than my myspace (other than earnings)Its just something that I cant put my finger on. Is it the fact there are discussions of different intrests? Is it the fact that it is much safer than myspace?Another thing is that is that because the media smothers myspace and they are forced to tell them every user and everything. Is it that that mylot only gets as much attention as it needs? What is it?

Myspace is a more social site. You don't actually have topics to discuss, you go to your friends page to leave a comment or check out what they are up to. On myspace, your profile is the main interest, here it doesn't matter if you have a profile set up or not. MyLot is actually about intelligent discussion (hopefully) and myspace is just about friends.

Yeah I think myspace is really more about being social, and unfortunately kind of about showing yourself off and stalking potential boyfriends/girlfriends. Or at least that's how it seems to be from my point of view, a 16 year old girl who practically everyone at my school and even some teachers have or had a myspace.
I'm starting to like mylot quite a bit just because you can actually talk about things worth discussing. On myspace I would occasionally post a blog with my feelings on different topics, and nobody except a few close friends of mine would even read it.
