People leave home when going to college or pursuit a career. Some do not leave because their parents need their help in business or health care. However, some stay home and stay dependent on parents even in their late 20s. If they are your brothers or sisters, how do you help your parents to push them out of the house and to start their independence? And in the same time, keep the harmony in the family.
