What was your experience with ORTHO-K?

I have heard that Ortho-k contact lenses flatten your cornea without surgery, enabling light to focus properly on the retina, resulting in better vision. It's more commonly used to treat myopia and astigmatism.
Have you tried Otho K before? What was it like? Please share your stories. Thanks.
