I sit 4 to 5 hours in front computer. My feet get swollen. What could be the problem? I am not diabetes and i have no BP. What should i do. Are there any exercises to get rid of swollen feet?

i think it's due to blood pooling in your legs, since you are sitting in front of the computer for long hours.
to enhance the circulation to your legs, do some leg exercises. flexing your feet, doing a circular motion with your feet can enhance circulation. also, try taking breaks every hour. stand up and walk a few minutes.
while working, you can alos elevate your legs, maybe on a foot stool.
but if you think something is really wrong, try and consult your physician.
hope eveything will turn out fine. have a great day! =D

Another good exercise for that is to lay on your back with one leg in the air and do circular motions with your foot. Then repeat on the other side. This helps the blood that had pooled in your feet to go back to the heart. If this happens to you a lot then its time to visit the doctor.

Hi there. Some simple exercise for this is to get up out of your seat and take a walk around the place, so your blood flows, better still you should just go and seek proffessional medical help. Goodluck with your feet...
