is gluthatione safe to use?

gluthatione they say is good for skin whitening. is it safe to use?... is there any side effects or overdosage of use of it? pls anyone tell me.

I assumed that you are talking about the gluthatione pills or capsules. The main use of glutha - as far as i know - is actually cleansing for your liver and detoxification for your body. It is good for your body considering that you remove the bad elements out.
Now with the side effect, skin whitening is one of them. Before, i bought glutha capsules for the main reason of its detoxifying effect, and skin whitening is just a bonus for me.
Overdosage? I'm not familiar with it. But my seller advised me to use glutha for three months straight, then stop. Then wait for three months or more if you want to use glutha again. Because if you use it for a long period of time, you might be as white as a bond paper and it's not good. hehe
Well, these are the information I got from my seller before. I am not using glutha anymore these days.
