Rental propertys and prices

Im currently living in a house that im renting,paying $210 weekly.It's time to move out again im looking at house's $225 a week is as much as we can afford.This time around rental prices have shot through the roof.. Im looking at paying 200 a week for a fibro house on stilts thats about to fall over ,it's quite upseting.If i wanted a normal brick 3 bedroom home would be 240 (if lucky) to 260 a week.. isnt that rediculas?I might end up living in a unit which still is $220 a week but just seems upsetting i cant afford to live in a house! Anybody else like this? What do you think about rental properties and priceS?
