Is your mother on your side?

Seems to me my mother cares only for herself and she tried to raise me to believe what she does, live as she does, and she has no regard for what I believe in, what I want for myself. She actually makes fun of me for all the things I do different than her. How about your mother?

Each person has there own personality,and your mother should know that she can not make you believe in everything that she dose or thinks.I dont know how old you are, but just be your own person as much as you can and as long as your ideas are to make a beter life for yourself than dont give them up.

my mother well... I don't think she's ever been all there mentally. She's on meds now, so I know she's never been quite right, which explains a lot but doesn't make the memories of my childhood any better. I am following my own bliss nowadays. By the time i'm 80 I should be done reprogramming myself to the person I think I should be lol.

My mother supports me in all the decisions I make. She feels that I am an adult and it is my life. She doesn't judge me or anything. She is there as a shoulder to cry on when I need it.

wow, sounds lovely, I can't even imagine that. My childhood was fairly lonely as I had nobody to talk to or support me Good for you.

I am on my mother's side, my mother is no more.but her thoughts are very much dear to me.
