no its not the creators site
creators are Jagex
Fagex is a Runescape cheating site and according to Jagex rules is illegal - everything that has anything to do with breaking Runescape rules is done in there.

the best siteweb for french its www.runescapefan.org
then,for english people its www.runehq.com.That was the best site you can have
runescapefan:french forum with alot of guide,clan,pking,talking with friends and alot of activities
rune hq:site and forum with alot but ALOT OF GUIDE! and map..i dont visit alot rune hq
