yes,im always rate for discussion and response.for whose the only one who response to my discussion,they are lucky been choosen for the best response.

yes, I do but not all of them. Sometimes if I really feel that that person /picture deserves a "+" i rate it. If not I don't rate it and the same with discussion. If I see Good responses, i put + (not only on my own discussions) and If the answer is ok, I don't rate, if the answer is nonsense, i put '-'.

i do all the time, I give a plus to every discussion i respond to because i like to see later where i have been. I also give a plus to anyone who responds to one of my discussions, even when i disagree as long as it is over one line in length blessed be

I have rated photos that I have been led to view. I do rate my friends when I see them in discussions. I also rate anyone with a lower star than me. It is part of the participation and like now I will rate your discussion a plus once this posts since I do so for each discussion I respond to as long as the best response has not been given out. Again it is part of the participation.

yeah evertime i respond to a discussion or if someone responds to mine i hit the + sign. i dont know what this goes for users but i figure it much be a good thing so i do it for them anyway :)

Yes, I always rate discussions. Sometimes I rate pictures but not often. I always rate with a plus. If something is negative to me I will not rate it at all.

Yes I allways do it and have heard if you mark it negative you bring your score down also so if I do not like the responce I will just not Rate it. But yes I allways rate Everything even Pictures.lol Have a Great Day/Night.
