How do I get photos on here

Hey ppl, I am really new here. I want to get rid of the green guy with the "!" in the bubble, can any one tell me how I change that to a picture of my choice please?

I think this was going to be about attaching them to your discussions.
I'll add this though as you may not know.
When you reach 500 you get a few new additions such being able to copy and paste (any amount of text) also this gives you an option when posting or starting a discussion.
