do you have any tattoos ? do you think it is wrong to mark your body?

i personally love tattoos i have 3 a scorpion on my forearm , a snake eating his tail around my elbow and a shark on my upper arm , do you think getting a tattoo is wrong and you shouldnt mark your body? , apparently it is against religions but why? , people have been doing it for centurys , what do you think?

I dont know much about religion. i do believe in god though. But I think that it is your body and if you want to get a tattoo then you should have every right to do so.I have 4 tattoo's i have a frong on my hand a celtic bracelet and a rose and butterfly on one calf and a group of yellow roses on the other calf. They all have a meaning and i got everyone of them to mark a certain period in my life. I also can give tattoos and enjoy doing it and i find that many different people get them for different reasons and all seem to be for their journeys through life what is happening what they hope to have happen and what has already happened. I think that tattooa are just another way to exspress oneself.

good reply! , i personally got all my tattoos for a sense of meaning , they either remind me of where i came from or what i love most thanks again.
