I was in your situation about 3 months ago. I joined so many sites and was getting no where. Then I did some research and found the ones that pay the best~ all free. The following month I started making a small income. I am not making $100's of dollars each month, but it has been between $30 and $50 so far. I would suggest that you look at my blog and see what I have done. I did just join moratraffic on May 25th and have already passed the $10 payout only half way threw the month. The key is, I think, to have many sites at a time. You'll reach the minimum eventually, and in the meantime you can use each to get referrals to the other sites... I have a few good ones, 2 without minimum that have paid me many times already, and the rest hopingto get to the minimum some time soon. If you like, I can send you a private message with all my links and more explanations about them. And I can be your referral in Helium, if they do accept international members! I don't have many referrals either, but it's possible to reach payout without referrals, and you'll get your referrals eventually. I used to think the same as you, I don't have many people to contact that can be interested in this and read english, bla bla bla, but now I have 12 referrals in one of my sites and 6 in another! (the two sites that have paid me already, not a coincidence, I know, but anyway it's good news!) So, just let me know, and we will be making more money online together!

i think you should stay here in mylot more often cause here it is more safe and more earnings if you participate more..even a dollar a day is good...just answer and post, and in time you'll love, and you will no think more on the earning but more on discussions, discussions will make you more excited rather than the earnings itself, just try it..sorry if i cannot give you any new specific sites..thanks..
