Cingular, is it really the best company with least dropped calls?

I cant even begin with this company. When the wind blows, or it really cloudy, raining, or even in the house, or standing outside, I always loose a call. This is really like the commercials that cingular shows where someone is talking and right at the question or peek of a conversation....Total Silence! Wow!!! I think they might need a few more towers or something? This is amazing!!!!! What do you think all you cingular customers?
