feels like heaven

last night i was sleeping with my 21 mos old son. he loves curling next to me coz i still breastfed him. when he was deep in his sleep i put him in my pillow so that i could kiss his face. he mumbled "nanay" (a tagalog word for mother) and kissed me back. it was such a wonderful feeling and i will never forget it...

My son is 4 and 1/2 and he really doesn't like me ciddling anymore except when he is tired. And I cherish those moments. I can get yelled at and be called a poopy head all day long. But once the night time cuddling time comes, it all dissappears. Isn't it a great feeling to be a mommie???

oh yes! i wouldn't change it for anything in the world. i only wish that we have more time to be physically loving to our children.. or a simple "love you mom!" from them is greatly appreciated...

savor the moment you have with your baby... the time is too short for all those cuddles and kisses ang hugs... when they grow up they'll be too shy to even tell you how much they love you...

I remember that age. It is a time to be treasured. Kids are so yummy at that age. They are so trusting and dependent. I wouldnt go back and do it again. Mine are now 14 and 11 years old. But I do remember back to when they were little and how good it felt to nurture them.
