swelling in face

i just got my wisdom teeth pulled, and my face is VERY swollen. what can i do to take the swelling away? any advice?

Ice packs will help take the swelling down. If you don't have an ice pack, use a bag of frozen peas. Wrap in a hand towel first. I suggest peas because they don't freeze together in a solid lump. You can form the bag around your jawline with no effort. Hope this helps!
