Ever heard that money is the root of all evil?

I can definitely see where this comes from, but if you believe in this, then what do you think about how everyone is always trying to find a way to make more?

The actual quote from the Bible is "For the *love* of money is the root of all kinds of evils" 1 Timothy 6:10. That is, when people value money or worldly valuables above the love of God or others, then that becomes evil. Christians are urged to be financially responsible as shown by the parable of the talents. Success is not ungodly, in itself, but we must be careful that our success does not come from exploiting or abusing others, or contributing to evil.

It is one truth that money is root of all evils but you must have also heard of another truth that there is no life without money.
So, its the individual perspective how they take money into consideration. Some may use it for good deeds, save it for future. Yet another may use it to show off and put down others.
Therefore there are both sides of coin, its only individual as which side he sees.
