garden salad

my kids were 8 and 5 years old but they like eating it,sometimes were in this favorite fastfood that we usually visit everytime we go malling,and i see some people were amaze seeing my kids eating such veggies.i know that these food is good for those in a diet...

I, too, was a child that liked garden salads. My grand-ma grew lots of vegetables in her yard and she was a good cook. I always looked foreward to her fresh salads, they were very tasty. Today I use many of her recipes and often make the salads that I enjoyed during my childhood days. I am a salad eater.
