What is your view on the above topic...??? what should team india do to reach this glory...??? how is indian team approach different from that of australian team approach...???
I feel personally we can never reach that status unless we get young stars coming .... but i got to be optimistic and hope for the best...
how about you..???

Yes i agree with your view to nourish the youngstars but i think the seniors should take initiatives and create examples. A proper blending of experience and young blood can take "Team India" to the pick. We should thank Saurav Ganguly for that too some extent he tried to do that. In his captency India team cnverted to "Team India".
