Learning and earning are tho contrast concepts. It is not easy to earn at the time of learning. Also it is very subjective to learn while you earn. Please share your thoughts on this.

Learning - it's some kind of quest .When you are in pursuit of learning , you give little thought for earning .I believe learned men fail to be rich earners in life .

Yes, you are right1! Both topics are very vast in their own way. But the present day tries to tag up as, "Learn while you earn and earn while you learn." Thanks.

I don't know much about this. But, I would like to tell that the students selected by various companies during the campus interviews, are not given a posting when they join.Rather, they are given training i.e. they are given lessons on some of the subjects that they have covered in their colleges. And this goes for a short period say 3 to 5 months. But,during this period also they are given salaries, and they don't do any work except to attend the classes and give exams.

You can learn while you are earning. For this we have lot of avenues. We have distance learning, correspondence courses, part time programmes and e-learning etc.Even in way back the great scientist Thomas Alva Edison used to learn while he was earning. Similarly one can earn while learning. In abroad students earn by doing part time job while learning.Even in 1981, B.E.students did part time job when I visited INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE.
