Learning - it's some kind of quest .When you are in pursuit of learning , you give little thought for earning .I believe learned men fail to be rich earners in life .

I don't know much about this. But, I would like to tell that the students selected by various companies during the campus interviews, are not given a posting when they join.Rather, they are given training i.e. they are given lessons on some of the subjects that they have covered in their colleges. And this goes for a short period say 3 to 5 months. But,during this period also they are given salaries, and they don't do any work except to attend the classes and give exams.

You can learn while you are earning. For this we have lot of avenues. We have distance learning, correspondence courses, part time programmes and e-learning etc.Even in way back the great scientist Thomas Alva Edison used to learn while he was earning.
Similarly one can earn while learning. In abroad students earn by doing part time job while learning.Even in 1981, B.E.students did part time job when I visited INDIAN INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE.
