post acne red marks

It isn’t a scar..its just like a spot directly the pimple used to be..my face is full of them and its been over six months andive tried all the Neutrogena stuff and Acnefree acne mark peel thing...could i bleach the single spot? They are flat to teh touch....not indented..but there are like a gazillion and it has become a a serious problem for me!
