Was World trade Center destucted By alqaida or george bush

well i just came to know a few days ago that world trade center was droped by american president george bush himself coz he came to know that the employees of WTC were getting infected my skin cancer due to the paint in the building and to overcome that this was all planned and the WTC was hit during non offfice hours. Though i am not sure about this so do let me know about your comments

I'm in to minds.
I don't by the whole bush thing because it would be hard to keep that quiet although It could be possible and I have watched things which question what we heard.
Sorry but it's just a sad event which needs learning from.
