If you could write your life story, what would it be about??

If I could write a story about my life it would be the kind of book that has every human emotion possible in it. From a troubled childhood, to being a loner gothic chick who just wanted everyone to leave her be, to going through MANY Mr.Wrongs to find my Mr.Right, meeting the man of my dreams, getting married, having my daughter, etc. For me I find writing poems helps me get through whatever I happen to be going through at the time. I haven't written any since I got married and had my daughter though for some reason! Maybe because I have no complaints now LoL.

I guess you could say mine would be a comedic fantasy. I have always been a dreamer...fantasizing about having an exciting fun-filled adventure...but I think because I love to laugh and joke around that my life story would have to be silly, silly, silly!!

Mine would be called; How i went from 17 to 53 in a blur! I got into a relationship to young, didn't finish high school, lost one child, had three more, missed opportunities, drank to much, never at home, but i am having some enjoyment in life now since i sobered up! Too much drama. I am still not complete! Take care Princess!

As a teenager I wrote about my life in fantasy. My friend and I wrote stories that included us and whoever our crush was at the time and the meeting and eventual life together with that certain someone. One of those stories I have actually turned into a novel, changed the names, changed the setting, and really only our characters resemble the real us. I would like to write about my life with fibromyalgia. I think it will be a difficult book to write and have been putting it off for several years. I read one person's book on their battle with chronic fatigue syndrome and didn't not like the book at all. I found it a difficult read. I want to make sure my story is not like that. I don't think it will be a comedy. Now, fairy tale... hmm... Rapunzel, except instead of being locked in a tower I am locked in the basement where the laundry room is and the computer (and television). And I don't have long hair so I'm better to be rescued from a dungeon than a tower. Tee hee.

Hmmmm, if I was going to write my story, it would have a bit of everything. I think mostly it would be about the transformation from the heathen I was 30+ years ago to the man I am today. There would be prats that were comedy, Drama and parts that arent exactly (shall we say) G rated. I think for the most part it would probably be like documentary about how not to live your life. I would write a story of my Life and How I survived 31 mini-strokes. I had to learn so many things all over again it was like I was a kid and had so many supports and love to help me go through all this and I fought so hard to see my daughter graduated and I did with out the cane! I was back to normal and no one could tell if I had a stroke it wasn't easy but I sure was a fighter that would be my story of "How I survived 31 mini-strokes".

My story would be like a heroes journey. It would be how I went from zero to hero. My idols as I grew up were always the Marvel and DC comic book heroes. These characters gave me strength when I felt that I had none. I have lost a lot in my life and when I see my favorite heroes, they give me hope. I am looking for people who feel like I do a lot of the times and I believe that one day, I will be the world's greatest hero. I write hero stories and I read about heroes all of the time. I love heroes. I love villains as well, I feel like life would be so boring without some of those people who challenge the Hell out of us. Heroes cannot be heroes without villains wreaking havoc around the other corner. Villains need love too. I also love the anti-heroes and vigilantes. These people are conflicted and many of us are conflicted. We never know what is truly right and what is wrong, and that is where the anti-hero and vigilantes come around. Anti-heroes and vigilantes also take matters into their own hands. In an age like this, who doesn't or who wouldn't?

Well I think you'd know what mine would be about, dramas and crisis, either that or I could entitle it The Life Of Brian, but's it already been done. I think mine would be based on Friday 13th, I could be Jason Vorhees, badly bullied and shite upon all his life and then I would return from the grave reeking revenge on everyone who has double-crossed me, bullied or hurt me in the past, now all I need to do is get a hockey mask and a nice sharp long machete! Well I am actually writing about my Life at the moment that is the Book that I am writing but believe me it is no comedy or Fairy tale lol I wish it was Talking about that I better get some typing up done tomorrow lol

Well I would write about my life. :) joking. I would just touch upon what i've been through, seen and managed to change and hopefully give an insight to keeping the thinking on a good side. Seriously if I did, although I'm young it would be a big(large) book or two lol ~joey

Well sweet sis I think mine would have to be a children's story! Although I was the baby of the family my nieces and nephews started arriving thick and fast just before I was 9 (like the day before!) and I was always helping to look after them! I then went on to train as a Nursery Nurse and worked as a Nanny. I had a few years where I was not surrounded by kids and then started a family of my own! lol I feel that my whole life has been about children, both mine and all those I come into contact with so I have to say a Childrens book! xxx

If my life were a country song it would take all night long to sing it. Yes I have been many places and done many things. I probably will do many more things in my life time. I am only 60 years young.

This book would be about dogs. All the dogs I owned, how I found the perfect dog, how I went to exhibits and dog shows, how I learned grooming and became a breeder, all the dogs I sold and the stories of their lives. Stories about my dog club. Stories about training and behaviour courses. Dogs, dogs, dogs and nothing but dogs.

Its actually been suggested to me by a few ppl to write my life story and I did start a book but when my system crashed I lost it all and I've not started again, though I intend to.... I guess if I had to do it in one of the styles you suggested it would be a drama most definately....Of course I suppose it could be done as a dark fantasy type book too..that would actually be pretty cool but it would have to be for the older crowd

Strangely enough, my life story would be about me! LOL. Sadly, it would be a drama. By this time, however, i've forgotten more than I remember and even if I felt inclined, I wouldn't want to run the risk of dredging up old memeories.

If I wrote my autobiography then it will be all about real things that happened in my life. that is the meaning of life story.

Probably comedy.

Did you happened to read John Steinbeck's Winter of our Discontent? My life story resembled that in many ways. Tragic !! Anyway C'est le Vie... Ciao!!!
