Serial Bullies Use "Feigned Victimization" As a Technique to Bully

I just discovered some really interesting things on http://www.bullyonline.org
Serial bullies are often attentions seekers: These people are emotionally immature, are "sickly sweet" to some people while being rude to others. Use guilt to manipulate; flattery to win people over and, I quote directly here, "EVERTYING THING IS A POOR-ME DRAMA."
They also exloit other people's problems, turning them into a soapbox for themselves and feign victimhood, but when exposed, will burt into tears, claiming they're the ones being bullied or harassed.
I think these irrational people are the most frustrating to deal with. They never seem to see what hypocrites they are and how foolish they look to other people. They spend their entire lives focused on themselves, their feelings and their miseries.
