I love coffee especially dark french or espresso roasts. But I am traveling to New Orleans later this month and started thinking about regional differences with coffee. I really like the New Orleans style chicory coffee blend. Last time through Miami airport, I tried some coffee from a Cuban owned coffee stand with their own special blend. I really like turkish coffee too with its strong thick sweet preparation. And there is Hong Kong style, Thai and Indian coffee with their own preparation or spices. What other kinds of regional or local specialities in coffee do you like? Any recipies you can share?

I drink 1-2 cups a day.Coffee isn't helthy so you better cut down the it's usage. If you feel dizy and you need energy better drink a nice fresh-it has a lot of vitamins that will give you energy for the rest of the day.
