My mom is my best friend. What about your mom?

How do you feel about your mom. I am very lucky to have a great mom! She has been there for me every inch of my life. She is my best friend, and I am her's. We call each other everyday, and complain, laugh, sometimes cry with each other. When I hear other people say they don't even talk to their mom, I can't even imagine that. How do you get along with your mom?

My mom is the best! though I never tell this to her, but I am so very grateful to have a mom like her. She take cares of me, until now, and she even takes care of my husband. She give everything that we needed, and I always see to it to update my mom about whats happening to my marriage. We are so much closer now than before,,,and I will see to it that what ever good things that will happen to my family, it includes her.

It's so clear to me from your post that I'm sure your mom knows how you feel about her without even telling her! Mom's always give and give and give, don't they. It's great that you are including your mom!

We are close and I can tell her almost anything. We get along just fine only if I don't make her mad. I call her every week just to say Hi and how are you? I know that she is always glad to hear from me adn we don't see each other that often because she lives too far away from my house. We do see each other on Holidays, :)

I'm glad you are close. You must be alot like your mom if you can make her mad. I'm glad you call her every week.

I've always gotten along with both of my parents. Growing up my mom was the one that disciplined us, but I was pretty good and stayed out of trouble. As I got older and had my own family, I still got along good with my parents. My mom and I enjoyed going to yard sales and flea markets together. Unfortunately, I recently lost my mom. She passed away just 2 weeks ago from Alzheimer's. It's been very hard on all of us.

I'm so sorry for your loss!!! If it will make you feel better, or just need someone to talk to, just message me. I know the pain is still fresh, and you know she is better off, but Alzheimer's is terrible on the person and the family! I am a friendly ear if you need to talk, I don't judge, I will just be there for you...sometimes it's easier to talk to a stranger, than to family or friends. Hang in there, and take care of yourself.

I am very lucky too to have a great mom. She is very understanding, helpful and always be there for me. No matter what happen to me, she is still there, standing by my side. I love my mom very much and nothing can replace her in my heart. Of course, I have my own family now but there is always a special place in my heart for her.

Yes, that's it....I have a family, and we are close, and my husband and I are close...but there's nothing like a mother/daughter relationship. My mom has a special place in my heart.
