Paris Hilton - Is Jail Fair?

Is this as important as it appears to be? or is there something we all are missing?? You do the crime - you do the time. Right?
Thats they way it usually goes unless your the heiress of a muti-million doller hotel chain.
Apperently as long as you have money - the rules dont apply...
is that the message the government wants to send in times like these??Should Ms. Hilton pass go and collect her $200 or go straight 2 Jail!!!??

This looks like another example of where "the system" shows exactly how things are to be governed in America? does anything matter as long as you have money??

From my understanding, the judge had to leave the courtroom or something because he felt so bad for her.. something of that nature I'm not 100% sure, and people just assumed that he was allowing her to be put on house arrest instead of going to jail. However, Paris was sentenced to fulfil her entire 45 day jail stay and NOT house arrest, as many people believed. Hilarious mug shot pic of her, by the way!
