I wanted to try jogging...

A lot of people says that jogging is a very great exercise.I really wanted to try it and i know id love it once i have tried it.What about you guys, could you give me suggestions plese on how to reduced a bit of fats and calories.Thanks and ill appreciate it.

Jogging 30 minutes a day is good, but start slow as suggested above with walking and go from there. Be sure to have good well fitting shoes made for jogging and don't tie them too tight, just snug should work as long as your foot doesn't move around in them, and wear good socks.

Well thanks stealthy, yes ill start by just brisky walking and on and on ill try to jog.Dont worry ill put on comfortable shoes.

jogging is one of the best exercise that you should try. start it now and see the results. for a starter, it may take you tired and exhausted especially if you are doing it the first time, so i would suggest that before you jog, you try brisk walking instead to condition your body. it has the same effect as jogging.

Me, i don't have a time for jogging, maybe if i have many friends and they will motivate me. I try to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water, and a brisk walk everyday. I lost 3 lbs after a month and i continue doing it. I had lost 15 lbs for 5 months now. My brisk walk is 30 minutes, ( and i called it a brisk walk ) or maybe a long walk. Atleast it gives me persperation ,it lower my calorie.
