I found that hard enough to read) "well isn't that the gate step taken by the japan. we must appreciate them for such an effective step they have taken. what do you guys think. don't such nursing homes should be open everywhere in every country? dogs are really the important part of our society, what do you think man?" is that vaguely right? in which case, I think it's a bad idea. people shouldn't be shoving their dogs in a nursing home just because they get old. a dog is the most loving and loyal friend. we shouldn't repay them by abandoning them in their old age.
