I've been gambling online for a few months now and have sampled just about every casino that accept American players without restrictions. Unfortunately, I made my way to rushmorecasino.com and got robbed. At first everything was fine; I won one hundred dollars and got my check in a timely fashion. A few weeks later I one one thousnad dollars then two thousand and finally three and a half. I requested several payouts, but none of them were fufilled. After a week the balance of my account, except 35 cents vanished from my gaming account; At that point I thought that my check was coming. After the 48 hours had passed (I requested a 48 hour payout) I began writing E-mails asking them what had happened to my money. After not recieving any reply, at the end of the week I called them. It took abotu four days of calling to get someone on the line. When I did speak to someone, he gave me the run around and refused to send me the money that I was owed and would not refund my deposits. I'm now taking action to recoup what was stolen. I'd like to hear what you all think of this situation and please DO NOT USE RUSHMORECASINO.COM.

WOW! And i just started using this casino the other day. Damn, but yeah i find it kinda weird, first of all, its one of the few casinos that have a huge bonus yet they do not have a way for ou to keep track of your bonus play. yet their rules state you must make sure you have made the correct number of wager or you forfeit everything.
Another, one of the only ones that dont have a live customer service.
