Do you add people whom you dont know???

Sometimes I do, that's what orkut is about, making friends. If the person who is adding me has something I like and has something in common with me I will probably add that person. I like to make new friends and that's a way of doing them. I don't usually like to add people I don't know and if I feel that person is adding me just for adding and nothing more than that I don't add. There are people who love to have thousands of friends just to say they are popular. I'm not that kind of person.

no, i don't know why strangers keep on sending scraps or add request. i don't prefer adding the strangers in orkut. I joined orkut to get linked to old friends.

Hello ackars. The last time I requested to be added as friend was 3 months ago. It was not my habit to go around and keep requesting for friendship. Granted, I was very selective in choosing friends but I never denied anyone either. I will weigh a poster based on the threads they posted. Then I make sure to make my presence known with the poster first before making the step. Until now, I still don't understand why a lot of members are requesting to be on my list and yet, I never saw them in any of my threads. I just accept them and see if they deserve to have my support and attention or not.

I will add people even if I dont know and accept the friend requests of strangers........ I don't have any known people in mylot........most of my friends are strangers to me.......even after three months i dont have any direct contact with them.......But I trust them.....

I do add people on orkut and on mylot even if i don't know them personally...Sometimes i chat with them on orkut and then they become good friends...If someone day goes ggod if i say i say hii hello to them then whats harm in that..

Yes, because when I started here on myLot I don't have friends and people just added me to their list. I also check out their profile first before adding them. Sometimes we should also help the new users who have just started here.

I do not add people whom I don't know to my friend's list but I do accept those who want me to be their friend. There's nothing wrong to be friend to others and in fact that's what we are supposed to do.

Well if i look at an intresting oppinion from someone i might request to be such persons friend, if i see any request i check up the profile and i add them.

I don't mind add friends on mylot.com.I have never refused the friend requests.I'm very glad to meet people from my country China,and of course,adding users from different countries is interesting.

I do, I like to add people to my messenger and I like to add people also to my communities, sometimes I deleted someone form my contact list when they don't come online for long time and if I don't have talk much with that person, I just delete them, I have to add a lot of people and I have find that a lot of people don't like to talk with strange on Internet they just delete you.

i don personally add ppl i don knw on orkut but ya if som1 hs send a friend request and i see tht his profile is interesting and our interest match or not. if everythng is ok thn i add him. afterall orkut is abt making friends!

I will see their profile first and then think whether to add or not. I have sent friend request to two persons only. The remaining all are came by themselves. And I added them(like you).

Yes I do add people whom I don't know. We are here mainly for earning money and sharing information, ideas, opinions, advice and etc. Correct Me if I am wrong. To my knowledge all of my friends in my list are unknown to me but we are friends now. I always accept, exception sometimes but it rarely happens, Building friends list is also very good for us, it helps in many ways, responding to you every discussion, rating you sometimes, helping each other. So, it is not bad to add strangers too as a friend.

of course yes! yes i do accept people as my friends whom i dont know. if we accept invitations only from the people whom we know, then each one will have as few as 5 or 6 friends only! isn't it? i do not know anyone here in mylot. all are strangers only. whats wrong in accepting invitations here in mylot? most people are good, and we are not gonna interact with them unnecesarily. so i guess theres nothing wrong in accepting invitations from strangers here in mylot.

Well i accept strangers as freinds on mylot only....I have never rejected single person also till now...But in orkut i reject people whom i don't know....Initially i use to accept them but now i don't do so.....

Yes of course. I don't know anyone here in mylot personally. That's why I add people even if I don't know then. I just want to have friends. And if someone added me in their friend list, I feel overwhelmed. That's why I enjoy my stay here in mylot. ;)
