Tea or coffee - or both?

People tend to think that either you like tea and hate coffee or you like coffee and hate tea, but is this really true? Isn't that a myth? I am addicted to tea and the first thing I do in the morning is to put the kettle on and make myself a nice cup of tea. But I also enjoy having a coffee every once in a while. Whenever I have breakfast out I always get coffee, because I'm usually too lazy to make coffee at home. So my question is - do you like tea OR coffee OR both?

I like both of them.According to Sicentific research, especially green tea is definitely benifical to your health. There are several reasons of that including losing weight, reducing possibilties of hypertention which is quite common for adults these days.In terms of coffee,I appreciate the aroma and I drink it when I want to sleep:-)

Do you drink coffee when you want to go to sleep? Oh, that's strange. People usually drink coffee in order not to sleep. *lol* You know what, you're not the only one.... If I don't want to fall asleep i have to have my coffee about 10 hours earlier, because it takes the caffeine that long to work in my body. I guess I have a very strange metabolism. *lol*

Yes,maybe it sounds strange but really happens to me.And I was told that too much coffee is bad for your skin because it absorbs water inside your body.So if you want to be a beauty, remember dont drink too much coffee:-)

What is white coffee? Like coffee with milk or something totally different? I like coffee with cream, white chocolate, white chocolate syrup and cream. That's DELICIOUS!!!

Ok, then I like white coffee too. *lol* In Spanish we have an expression to describe it - "leche manchada", "stained milk".

Iced tea is sooooo good! I haven't had that for a long time now. I like iced coffee too, with lots and lots of crushed ice, it's almost like a slush puppie. Oh, I haven't had one of those for years! I think I'll make some this weekend. Thanks for the idea!

Yes, you're right. Tea is known to improve your health, specially green and white tea. Do you drink a lot of tea? I do..... Maybe too much. I guess that's not good, no matter how healthy that is.

I have coffee only when I'm in office, and I drink coffee only when i need a break from my work at office, or if I'm feeling sleepy during working in the night shifts. I am a coffee drinker and totally addicted on it, probably I drink five cups every morning.I drink to much if I stick my nose in computer while drinking.

Hmmmm.... I don't have an idea there is something like this. I love coffee, I take in at least 3 cups of coffee daily. Although I have to counter this with a lot more of water since I am prone to UTI. But anyway, I also like to have some tea sometimes. I like my tea with some creamer in it.

The bad thing about both coffee and tea is that they are diuretic, so we all should drink a lot more water, specially if we're "addicted" to tea or coffee. Or at least that's what I've been told.
